BOOKING POLICIES – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

I love what I do, I respect my time, and I give every client my full attention. These policies exist so everyone gets the best experience possible—including you.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:


NEW CLIENT POLICY

All first-time guests must book a New Client Service.

  • No à la carte services for new clients

  • This allows time for consultation, customization, and education

  • Results come from structure, not rushing

👉 If you book the wrong service, your appointment may be adjusted or canceled.

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS

I work two Saturdays per month only.

  • Saturday appointments are reserved for $200+ premium or transformation services

  • No exceptions

This structure allows me to deliver my best work and stay energized for my clients.

DEPOSITS

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments

  • Deposits go toward your service total

  • No deposit = no appointment

This protects my time and ensures commitment on both sides.

NO GUESTS

To keep the experience calm, focused, and efficient:

  • Please come alone to your appointment

  • No children, partners, or extra guests unless previously discussed

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

I value your time and mine. To maintain a seamless, high-level experience and deliver consistent, quality results for every guest, the following policies apply:

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

  • Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show and will be charged the full service price

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit or charged 50% of service

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Hair goals are a collaboration.

  • Results depend on hair history, condition, and home care

  • Significant changes or add-ons may require additional time or rebooking

I do not rush services to fit unrealistic expectations.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you.

  • Arriving late shortens your service time

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled

  • Full service price still applies

I want you to get the full experience—rushing helps no one.


REFUNDS

Due to the nature of professional hair services:

  • No refunds on services

  • Product exchanges only if unused and within policy guidelines

If something feels off, please communicate within 48 hours so we can discuss next steps.

NOT A GOOD FIT

My specialty is hair health, education, and long-term results.

If you are seeking quick fixes, trend-only services, or minimal maintenance, I may not be the best fit—and that’s okay. My approach is intentional and results-driven.
